Mr. Patrick D. Chisanga

Chairman and Lead Consultant

Patrick D. Chisanga is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Governance, from the London School of Accountancy. He is a Chartered Governance Professional. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Zambia and a member of the IoD of Southern Africa. He served as President of the Institute of Directors of Zambia from 2002 – 2005. He has served as Board Member of the Commonwealth Association for Corporate Governance from 2004 – 2006. He is Chairman and Lead Consultant of Dynamic Concepts Limited.He has made many presentations on Corporate Governance in various countries in Africa and Europe. He served as Chairman, CEO of several Parastatals under the old ZIMCO Group. He served as Director General of the ZDA (2014-2018). He currently serves as a Member of the Private Sector Advisory Group (PSAG) of the World Bank, a position he has held since 2006.

In December 2019, he published his first book, "The Development and Practice of Corporate Governance in Zambia - Successes and Challenges"

Mr. George Arudo

Mr. George Arudo is a PhD Research Fellow- University of Bolton (United He holds a Master of Science Degree in Project Management- Cavendish University (Zambia) & a Master of Arts Degree in Transformational Leadership- Global Academy of Transformational Leadership, Azusa Pacific University (USA) he also holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in Economics & Sociology-University of Nairobi (Kenya) He also holds a Transforming Leadership & Governance Certification from International Leadership Foundation and an Advanced Coaching Certification from International Leadership Foundation.

He has extensive experience spanning over 18 years with expertise in areas such as Planning Project facilitation, Business planning, Facilitation and training tools, Strategic planning, Fund development, Project Proposal Writing and donor relations, Financial Management for Leaders & Writing Skills Training

Holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia, Washington D.C., as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution, her academic foundation underscores her commitment to excellence in business management. With over 20 years of diversified industry experience, spanning various roles. Patricia has amassed invaluable insights into organizational dynamics. Currently serving as the CEO/Executive Director of Chudleigh House School and contributing her expertise to several boards, she continues to drive impactful change and shape the trajectory of organizations under her stewardship. .

Mr. Norman Siwila

Consultant

Mr. Norman Siwila is a lawyer by profession and an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia; he has worked at Eric Silwamba, Jalasi & Linyama Legal Practitioners and is now Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for the MIL Group of Companies where he services (3) three other companies under the Group. Mr. Siwila is also a Corporate Governance Consultant under Dynamic Concepts Limited

Mr. Charles H.Sichangwa

Mr. Charles H. Sichangwa is an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia He holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Fellow and National Vice President of the Institute of Directors of Zambia. As well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Zambia An accredited and experienced Corporate Governance Consultant and Trainer. A Lawyer by profession and an experienced banker with over 40 years of experience in banking, capital markets and financial services. Past Board and Committee Chairman of Zambia Industrial and Commercial Bank and several companies in various sectors. A commitment to and understanding of board membership based on extensive experience. Ability to implement vision, think strategically, creatively solve problems with a strong passion for effective communication. Has vast experience in Leadership Development, Communication, Training, Consultancy, Coaching and Mentorship.

Eng. Maiwaseh Zulu

Ms. Doris Sakupwanya Yildirim

Doris Sakupwanya Yildirim has over 20 years of rich experience in Human Resource Management and Administration, underpinned by a solid educational background and a diverse skill set. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cavendish University, a postgraduate Diploma from the University of East London, and a Diploma in Secretarial and Book-Keeping from Pitman's United Kingdom, Doris is also certified as a Dashboarding and Reporting Specialist.
